Paradiso Custom Pools was founded by owner Brett Grassan, who built this company from the ground up by mastering every part of the trade—cleaning, equipment repair, remodels, hydraulics, and now fully custom gunite construction. Unlike most builders who start with sales, Brett started with hands-on work and technical education. He invested in industry-leading training through Watershape University, and through Genesis, which is the educational branch of the PHTA. This background gives Paradiso a major advantage: We understand how pools actually work — not just how they look on paper. Every detail—from steel schedules to circulation, waterproofing, tile, coping, and plaster chemistry—is handled with precision.
